COVID-19 Compliant:
We will be implementing social distancing procedures and we will continually work to keep procedures up to date, following the latest government guidance. These include :
Temperature checks on entrance for all children.
Hand sanitiser on entrance for all children.
Equipment sanitised after each use.
Appropriate sized small groups

AWARDS:
Friday is Tournament Day with awards and Trophies
Certificates for Players attending 1 day of the course
Medals for all players who have attended 3-5 days per week
Trophies to player/s of the week.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
We offer a 15% discount on your whole booking for siblings - this discount will be automated when you book online.

GROUPINGS
Children will be split into age specific groups for all activities.

FOOD & DRINK
We ask that you provide a packed lunch as well as snacks for throughout the day Please also provide sufficient drinks for your child.
Please note to safeguard children with allergies we have a NO NUT policy.

MEDICAL ISSUES
Please let us know if your child has any allergies or any medical issues that we should be made aware of. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.

CLOTHING
Please ensure that your child wears sports clothing and appropriate footwear (Trainers or Astro Turf boots )
Please also pack a rain jacket in case of a downpour, although shelter is available.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS
We would like to take photographs and videos of the camps for our website and potentially promotional material. Please let one of the team know if you would prefer your child not to be photographed.

CONTACT DETAILS
Please let us know of any changes to mobile numbers or email addresses asap so that we know we can get hold of you easily if needs be. Please also let us know if someone other than yourself and/or the child’s parents will be dropping off/picking up each day, any unauthorised person/persons will not be permitted to pick up your child.
